RETURNS

If your purchased goods didn't meet up to your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange your product(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will notify you by email. Within 7 working days you will receive your refund.

  • For NL orders. Submit your return online here
  • For all other countries returns have to be submitted manually.

    Please keep your proof of shipping.
  • Ensure your products meet the conditions outlined below and package them carefully.
  • Pack your return items. Don't forget to remove any old shipping labels.
    Please use the original shopping bag/carton box.
  • Ship your return from a drop-off point. 
  • After receival in our warehouse, we will process your refund within a couple of working days.

RETURNING TERMS

  • Underwear and swimwear can NOT be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
  • All items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • For shoes, the original box must be returned as well, without box, we can not accept the return.
  • We are not able to refund or exchange any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. You will be notified by email in case your return is rejected due to these reasons.
  • Special releases can have different return policies due to the risk of fraud and reselling. These special return policies are always stated in the product description.
  • Your return has to be received by us within 14 days of your delivery.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs and customs tax/duties.
  • Return shipping costs is at customers expense.
  • If you refuse your package, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
  • Keep the proof of shipment. This is your proof of return. Maha Amsterdam can not be held liable for lost or damaged returns or able to help with investigating if there is no proof of shipment.
